  1. Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a staff

Representative of Waukesha County Department of Parks and Land Use to consider the

Conditional Use request (CU-1368 B) of Kathleen Joyce, Rosebury Farm, W300 S6215 S.T.H. 83 to modify their existing Conditional Use that permits the operation of a horse boarding and training facility.  The modifications include the addition of a second floor apartment in the horse barn/indoor riding arena and approval of a long range plan that sets forth other future modifications, such as the construction of a new residence and a new storage barn to replace the existing residence and barn that will be required to be removed to accommodate the widening of S.T.H. 83.

Conditional Use request (CU-1445) of  Keinert-Consolidated Family Limited Partnership, 3815 N. Brookfield Road, Suite 104-101, Brookfield, WI 53045 for Legal Non-conforming Conditional Use Status for a single-family residence, located at W306 S4875 S.T.H. 83 on a parcel that was re-configured in 2005. 

  1.
