Delafield Plan Commission-Joint Meeting to discuss conceptual land division for the

Herrman/Davies properties – Hwy 18.

2. Discussion/Action – Hobby Kennel Permit – Todd Cannon, W339 S3050 CTH C.
3. Discussion/Action – Review and final approval of conditions of approval for Chris and Katie Joyce – Amendment to Conditional Use/Plan of Operation Permit for Horse Boarding Operation. (The addition of a second floor apartment in the horse barn/indoor riding arena and approval of a long range plan that sets forth other future modifications, such as the construction of a new residence and a new storage barn to replace the existing residence and barn that will be required to be removed to accommodate the widening of S.T.H. 83.)
4. Discussion/Action-CSM-Frederick Kipp, CTH ZZ.
5. Discussion/Action-Waiver from Section 2.06 (J) of the Town of Genesee Land Division and Development Ordinance to not show remnant parcel on CSM-Kipp
6. Discussion/Action-Waiver from Section 4.01 of the Town of Genesee Land Division and Development Ordinance to show map scale more than 1” = 100’ on CSM – Kipp
7. Discussion/Action-Site Plan and Plan of Operation-Commercial Condominiums for Brad Winquist.
8. Discussion/Action-Site Plan and Plan of Operation request for Temporary Fireworks sales at corner of Hwy 59 & 83 (Genesee Center) - Fireworks City – Mathew Fahr/Nader Seyedin.
9. Discussion/Action – Annual Report for Genesee Sand and Gravel – Mining Operation.
