Adjourned Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff Representative of the Waukesha County Parks and Land Use to consider the Conditional Use Request  (SCU-1451) of Tim and Kay Sullivan (Gene Eggert-petitioner) W302 S1638 Brandybrook Road, Waukesha, WI 53188, for land-altering activities, an in-law suite and permit them to construct several additions to the existing single-family residence.
  2. Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff Representative of the Waukesha County Parks and Land Use to consider the Conditional Use Request (CU-1113E) of Wisconsin Southern Railroad to add antennae and radio equipment to existing communication tower and construct an associated equipment shelter for data and wireless communications at property owned by John Galt, LLC, S40 W28027 Hwy. 59.
