Representative of the Waukesha County Parks and Land Use to consider the Conditional

Use Request (CU-1113E) of Wisconsin Southern Railroad to add antennae and radio

equipment to existing communication tower and construct an associated equipment shelter

for data and wireless communications at property owned by John Galt, LLC, S40 W28027

Hwy. 59.

2. Joint Public Hearing by the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff Representative of the Waukesha County Department of Parks and Land Use – Planning and Zoning Division to consider the after-the-fact Conditional Use request (CU-1455) of James Varelis, S38 W30858 Wern Way, Waukesha, WI 53189, for earth altering activities performed in preparation for the construction of a new driveway.
3. Adjourned Discussion/Action on the Conditional Use request of WI Southern Railroad to

add antennae and radio equipment and equipment shelter on existing communications tower

and construct an associated equipment shelter for data and wireless communications at

property owned by John Galt, LLC, S40 W28027 Hwy. 59.

4. Discussion/Action on Conditional Use Request of James Varelis for after-the-fact earth altering activities.

permanent Class C fireworks sales (Freedom Fireworks), flowers, holiday cards, Halloween costumes, 4^th of July novelties, flags, T-shirts, Packer and Badger items, sporting goods, specialty food items, quilts, knick-knacks, Christmas trees and wreaths, etc., in vacant

Medical Building, W307 S4759 Hwy. 83.

7. Discussion/Action-Request for Special Event – Sporting Clays, June 26, 2007-Wern Valley

Sportsmens Club

8. Discussion/Action-Site Plan and Plan of Operation- Lake Country Pool & Spa, LLC,

Unit H of the Genesee Center on Hwy. 59 & 83 and Unit C for storage of materials

and hot tubs.

9. Discussion/Action-Site Plan and Plan of Operation-Michael O’Leary and Mark Stella

storage of Pozzalan (assists in moisture retention of soil). Unit I and approximately 60’ x 100’ section of the secured back storage area north of the building.
