Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff Representative of the Waukesha County Parks and Land Use-Planning and Zoning Division to consider the Conditional Use Request (SCU-1457) of Kerry W. Elwood, Genesee Nursery, S29 W31189 Sunset Drive, Waukesha, WI., for the continued operation of his nursery business, which consists of onsite growing of perennials, shrubs, and trees, onsite retail sales of these plants and offsite installation of the plants.
  2. Adjourned Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff Representative of the Waukesha County Parks and Land Use-Planning and Zoning Division to consider the Conditional Use Request (CU-1113E) of Wisconsin Southern Railroad to add antennae and radio equipment to existing communication tower and construct an associated equipment shelter for data and wireless communications at property owned by John Galt, LLC, S40 W28027 Hwy. 59.
  3. Adjourned Joint Public Hearing by the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff Representative of Waukesha County Department of Parks and Land Use-Planning and Zoning Division to consider the after-the-fact Conditional Use request (CU-1455) of James Varelis, S38 W30858 Wern Way, Waukesha, WI 53189 for earth altering activities

      performed in preparation for the construction of a new driveway.

  5.  Discussion/Action-Waukesha County Board of Adjustment Public Hearing request for variances from the road setback requirements to allow several existing structures to remain in their current location for John and Mary Barnhart (Owners) and Leona Jenista (Owner) and James & Minda Portz (Petitioner), W302 S1617 Brandybrook Rd., and W302 S1591 Brandybrook Rd., because the Portz proposed land division will be located too close to several existing structures on the subject properties.
