AGENDA

 

1.  Adjourned Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and

     a Staff Representative of the Waukesha County Parks and Land Use, Planning

     Division to consider the after-the fact Conditional Use Request (CU-1455) of James

     Varelis, S38 W30858 Wern Way, Waukesha, WI 53189 for earth altering activities

     performed in preparation for the construction of a new driveway.

2.  Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff

     Representative of the Waukesha County Department of Parks and Land Use, Planning

     and Zoning Division to consider the Conditional Use Request  (CU-1113F) of U. S.

     Cellular, 3545 N. 124th Street, Brookfield, WI 53005, to add antennae and coax lines

     to the existing communication tower on property and to construct an associated

     equipment shelter at the base of the tower.  The property is at S40 W28027 Hwy. 59

     and is owned by John Galt, LLC.

3.  Adjourned Discussion/Action on Conditional Use Request of James Varelis for

after- the-fact earth altering activities in preparation for the construction of a new

driveway.

4.  Discussion/Action on Conditional Use Request of U S. Cellular to add antennae

     and coax lines on existing tower and to construct an associated equipment shelter on

     the property  owned by John Galt, LLC, S40 W28027 Hwy. 59.

5.  Discussion/Action -  Hobby Kennel Permit request of Bruce & Denise Urbanik,

S40 W32895 Llanfair Court, Dousman, WI 53118 for three (3) dogs.

6.   Discussion/Action-Final Plat – Stoneridge Estates of Genesee, Sunset Drive, Fred

      Spytek

7.   Discussion/Action-Request for waiver from Section 7.06 of the Town of Genesee

 Land Division and Development Ordinance for the lot line common to lots 3 & 4 which is not exactly a radial line to the proposed right of way line and from Section 2.06 (E) Land Suitability, Steep Slopes for Stoneridge Estates of Genesee-Fred Spytek.

 8.  Discussion/Action-Landscaping Plan – Stoneridge Estates of Genesee, Sunset Dr.,

      Fred Spytek.

 9.  Discussion/Action-Revisit the final conditions of final approval-Genesee Nursery,

      Kerry Elwood, S29 W31189 Sunset Drive.

10. Review of Pending

11. Approval of Minutes from the Joint Town Board and Plan Commission Meeting, July

      17, 2007.

12. Approval of Minutes from the Regular Plan Commission Meeting, July 23, 2007.
