1.   Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a

      Staff Representative of Waukesha County Parks and Land Use to consider the

      Conditional Use request (CU-150E) of T-Mobile USA, 8550 W. Bryn Mawr Ave #100

      Chicago, Il 60631, to add nine (9) antennae and eighteen (18) lines to the existing guyed

       tower on the  property and to construct outdoor utility cabinets for the purpose of

       providing wireless telephone service.  Property is on C.T.H “X” and S.T.H. “83”.

2.    Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a

Staff Representative from Waukesha County Park and Land Use to consider

the request (CU150F) of Sprint/Nextel, 400 W. Grand Avenue, Elmhurst, IL 60126, to add

twelve (12) antennae and fifteen (15) lines to the existing guyed tower on the property and to construct a prefab shelter at the base of the tower.  Property located at C.T.H. “X” and S.T.H. “83”.

3.   Discussion/Action on Conditional Use request of T-Mobile to add nine (9) antennae and

      Eighteen (18) lines to the existing guyed tower and to construct outdoor utility cabinets at

      C.T.H. “X” and S.T.H. “83”.

4.   Discussion/Action on Conditional Use request of Sprint/Nextel to add  twelve (12)

     antennas and fifteen (15) lines to the existing guyed tower and to construct a prefab shelter

     at the base of the tower  to existing tower at C.T.H. “X” and S.T.H. “83”.

5.   Discussion/Action-Request for third accessory building-Paul Fleckenstein, Seville Lane

7.   Discussion/Action- Preliminary Plat for Field’s Crossing (Hwy. 83-Bloch Development)

      dated June 7, 2006.

       Development) dated 7-18-06.

9.   Discussion/Action-Preliminary Plat-Kettle Ridge Farms-Hwy. 83

10. Discussion/Action-Landscape Plan for Kettle Ridge Farms – Hwy. 83

11. Discussion/Action-Request for waivers from the Town of Genesee Land Division

      and Development Ordinance- Kettle Ridge Farms

  1. Waiver from Section 4.02 (B) so that contours will not be required on the final plat.
  2. Waiver from Section 4.02 (F) to not show on the final plat, type, width and elevation of any existing pavements immediately adjacent to the final plat.
  3. Waiver from Section 4.02 (Q) to not show the soil type, slopes and boundaries on the final plat.
  4. Waiver from Section 4.02 ( R ) to not show the location of the soil borings on the fact of the final plat.
  5. Waiver from Section 7.06 (A) to not have side lot lines at right angles to straight street lines or radial to curved street lines on which the lots face and not have lot line follow municipal boundary lines rather than cross them on final plat.
