  1. Adjourned Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff

      Representative of Waukesha County Parks and Land Use to consider the Conditional Use

      Request (CU-150E) of T-Mobile USA, 8550 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue, #100, Chicago, IL

      60631, to add nine (9) antennae and eighteen (18) lines to the existing guyed tower on the

      property and to construct outdoor utility cabinets for the purpose of providing wireless

      telephone service.  Property is at C. T. H. “X” and S.T.H. “83”.

  1. Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff

Representative from Waukesha County Parks and Land Use to consider the request of Cingular Wireless c/o R.C.Riley & Associated, 30150 Telegraph, suite 420, Bingham Farms, MI 48025 (CU-1113D)  to extend a concrete pad, add equipment cabinets, remove and replace six (6) antennae and add six (6) lines of coax on property with an existing communications, antennae, associated equipment cabinets and fencing.  Tower located on property at S40 W28021 Genesee Road.

  1. Joint Public Hearing between the Town of Genesee Plan Commission and a Staff

Representative of Waukesha County Parks and Land Use to consider the Conditional Use Request (CU-275F) of Tribute Design Systems, LLC, 352 Cottonwood Avenue, Hartland, WI 53029, to allow a Columbarium Garden, including three (3) columbarium units, a central planting feature and sidewalks on property owned by St. Paul Church, S38 W31602 C.T.H. “D”, Genesee Depot, WI 53127.

  1. Discussion/Action on Conditional Use Request of Cingular Wireless to extend concrete pad, add equipment cabinets, remove and replace six (6) antennae and add six (6) lines of coax on existing tower at  S40 W28021 Genesee Road.
  2. Discussion/Action on Conditional Use Request of Tribute Design Systems, LLC, to allow a  Columbarium Garden, including three (3) columbarium units, a central planting feature and sidewalks on property owned by St. Paul Catholic Church, Hwy. D.
  3. Discussion/Action-Site Plan and Plan of Operation-Cingular Wireless to upgrade their current wireless antenna facility.  Swap electronic equipment cabinets within the existing shelter, replace the existing six (6) antennae with six (6) new antennae and to add six (6) new lines of coax for a total of 12 on existing tower at W304 S3925 Brookhill Road.
  4. Discussion/Action-Public Hearing – Request for Hobby Kennel-Sandi DeLisle, W324 S3502 CTH “E”, Dousman, WI 53118 for three (3) dogs.
  5. Discussion Conceptual Land Division-Jim & Minda Portz-Brandybrook Road
