The Town of Genesee is located near the Center of Waukesha County in southeastern Wisconsin.  Genesee is rich in history and is unique as it’s made up of five original, independent settlements (trading centers) that were created in the 1830’s and 1840’s by roads, railroads, and water power.

Visitors are cordially welcome to explore this quaint township and it’s neighboring communities that boast of friendly residents, national award winning schools, recreation, and abundant historical importance.
