Two area parks, Genesee Town Park & Genesee
Sunset Park offer a wide range of outdoor recreation
and entertainment.
Whether it’s Little
League baseball; soccer lessons; a family reunion or graduation picnic; a
challenge on the tennis courts; old-time volleyball; or just an afternoon at the

Volunteers Make A Difference
As momentum grows, more and more community members become
involved and volunteers working at fund-raisers have been a major source of
paying for the park’s development. As
the Town strives towards the total completion of the project, support will continue
to be needed.
*You Can Help!
All area families and businesses can contribute towards
the new park by purchasing an engraved commemorative paving brick, which
will be used to pave a patio area near a new shelter building. Personalized bricks make great gifts for the
person who seems to have everything, or for children or grandchildren. One of the many benefits to a child that has
his/her name on a brick is: a sense of belonging, increased self-esteem and
pride, and a deeper appreciation and concern for the new Park.
How will it help
What will your support mean to the new Park? It will allow for improvements such as
shelters, restrooms, a well, flag/pole, fencing for the baseball fields, and
more. And, since this is an ongoing effort, planners will continue to add
features for all to enjoy.
Tax Deductible
Except for the actual cost of the bricks, all money raised will go towards funding the new Park, and of course, any donations made to the Park Fund is tax deductible.
Many Thanks
Much appreciation to everyone who has made Sunset Park possible!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!

Commemorative Bricks
Used to pave a
patio area near a new shelter building, all area families and businesses can
contribute towards the development of our new Sunset Park by purchasing a
custom engraved commemorative paving brick.
Commemorative bricks are being
offered in four sizes and can be personally engraved with letters 3/16” to 1/4” deep, filled with durable black epoxy paint. Purchasing a brick will give you a lifetime
of satisfaction knowing that you have helped build the new Park and will also
serve as a permanent memorial to those you love.
